The purpose of the public hearing is to hear comments from interested citizens regarding the proposed issuance of general obligation water bonds of the Town in the estimated maximum principal amount of $2,000,000. The purpose of the proposed bonds is to finance various upgrades and improvements to the Town’s water system, including, without limitation, improvements to the Town’s water treatment plant and reservoir, together with related expenses.
