The above-styled suit is for termination of parental rights of the mother and father of a child known as Kayley Lane.

And, it appearing by affidavit filed according to law that the identity of the father of Kayley Lane is Teddy Lane and the location of the father of Kayley Lane is unknown, and that the identity of the mother of Kayley Lane is Amada Lane and the location of the mother of Kayley Lane is unknown, it is therefore ORDERED that Teddy Lane, father of Kayley Lane, and Amanda Lane, the mother of Kayley Lane, or any one else with an interest in the termination of parental rights of Kayley Lane appear on or before the 19th day of June, 2013 in the Clerk’s Office of this Court and do what is necessary to protect his/her interests.

And, it is further ORDERED that this order be published once a week for four successive weeks in The Dickenson Star, a newspaper of general circulation in the County of Dickenson; and that a copy of this order be posted at the front door of the Courthouse wherein this Court is held.

Paramont Coal Company Virginia, LLC, 5703 Crutchfield Dr, Norton, Virginia 24273 is applying to the Virginia Division of Mined Land Reclamation (VDMLR) for a Revision of Permit No. 1101849 in order to change Pond No. 2 and No. 4’s classification as permanent structures at the following location:

Pond No. 2 is located in Dickenson County 2.5 miles east of Pound on Georges Fork next to State Route 631. The existing pond and NPDES outfall 002 is at latitude 37º 07’ 27” and longitude 82º 32’ 02.8” on the Pound 7.5’ USGS Quadrangle. Surface drainage from Pond No. 2 will enter Lick Fork. Pond 4 is located in Wise County 2.0 miles east of Pound on Meade Fork next to Route 83. The existing pond and NPDES outfall 004 is at latitude 37º 07’ 46.7” and longitude 82º 33’ 15.6” on the Jenkins East USGS Quadrangle. Surface drainage from Pond No. 4 will enter Meade Fork.

A copy of the application materials will be available for inspection and public comment at the Circuit Court Clerk’s Office at the Dickenson County Courthouse, Clintwood, Virginia and the Circuit Court Clerk’s Office at the Wise County Courthouse, Wise, Virginia and the Building Inspector’s Office at the Wise County Courthouse, Wise, Virginia. A copy of the application will be available for public inspection and comment at VDMLR’s Big Stone Gap office.

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

Option 1: Wall Repair at Buchanan County Transfer Station located at 1912 Buchanshire Road, Raven, VA 24639.

For any interested company wishing to respond, a copy of the Wall Repair Request For Proposal, can be obtained at the Cumberland Plateau Planning District office located at 224 Clydesway Drive, Lebanon, VA 24266 between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday.

Work to be Performed Including Labor:

-Installation of 1/4” Steel Plate on approximately 15’x9’ Concrete Wall. Steel plate will be fabricated with 3” key into wall instead of angle. The plate will also be keyed into the floor 2”. All keyed areas will be grouted. Plating will have 4 rows of 1/2”x14” Carriage Bolts on 18” horizontal spacing and will be bolted through the wall with a nut and 2” flat washer on backside of wall.

-Install approximately 6”x24” plate where existing angle is damaged. Rather than removing/replacing angle itself, with additional plate spanning the joint with a continuous perimeter weld would be more satisfactory.

-Cutout/Replace approximately 4’x5’ area where vertical joint is bulging towards

the tipping floor. Contractor will remove the 4’x5’ area of 1/4’ plate and replace with a continuous perimeter weld and thru-blots as mentioned above.
