The above-styled suit is forctermination of parental rights of the mother and father of two children known as Holly Cumbo and Kaitlin Cumbo.
And, it appearing by affidavit filed according to law that the identity of the mother of Holly Cumbo and Kaitlin Cumbo is Faith Cumbo and the location of the mother of Holly Cumbo and Kaitlin Cumbo is unknown, it is therefore ORDERED that Faith Cumbo, the mother of Holly Cumbo and Kaitlin Cumbo, or any one else with an interest in the termination of parental rights of Holly Cumbo and Kaitlin Cumbo appear on or before the 8th day of November, 2013 in the Clerk’s Office of this Court and do what is necessary to protect his/her interests.
And, it is further ORDERED that this order be published once a week for four successive weeks in The Dickenson Star, a newspaper of general circulation in the County of Dickenson; and that a copy of this order be posted at the front door of the Courthouse wherein this Court is held.

Clintwood TTC Corporation of P.O. Box 2141, Pikeville, KY 41502 is applying to the Virginia Division of Mined land Reclamation for bond release on Permit No. 1101600. The permit is located in Clintwood, Dickenson County, Virginia on the Clintwood USGS quadrangle, at coordinates N 3603753.25 and E 10323631.25. The application number is 1008882. This permit consists of 48.91 acres which are bonded under the Virginia Coal Surface Mining Reclamation Fund (Pool Bond). As provided by 4 VAC 25-130-801.17 of the Virginia Coal Surface Mining Reclamation Regulations, the Applicant is requesting that the total bond amount of $ 60,600 in the form of insurance surety currently posted for this permit be released.
This bond release request is based on completion of the extended period of responsibility (5 full years) for successful revegetation and the following reclamation: Successful revegetation of all areas, with seeding occurring until 2007. Postmining land uses of Agricultural, Grazing/ Hayland, and Industrial have been achieved. Results of the reclamation are very good.
Any person with a valid legal interest which might be adversely affected by this proposal; or an officer or head of any federal, state or local government agency or authority may within 30 days of October 2, 2013 submit written comments or objections concerning this bond release, and may also request, in writing, that the Division of Mined Land Reclamation hold a public hearing or an informal conference. A copy of materials concerning this request will be available for public inspection at the Division of Mined Land Reclamation’s office in Big Stone Gap, Virginia.

Paramont Coal Company Virginia, LLC, 5703 Crutchfield Drive, Norton, Virginia 24273 is applying to the Virginia Division of Mined Land Reclamation for renewal of the referenced permit in order to continue operations at the following location:
Deep Mine No. 26 is located in Dickenson County off Route 703 approximately 1.1 miles WSW of Darwin, Virginia on Lick Fork. The permit area covers 64.71 acres and is located on the Pound, Virginia USGS quadrangle map at approximately 36? 58' 30" latitude, -82? 29' 50" longitude.
Drainage and wastewater resulting from the operation will be discharged as follows:
1. Receiving stream(s): Lick Fork
2. Type of discharge: Sedimentation ponds and mine discharge
3. All discharges are existing and are located within the mine site as described above
A copy of the renewal application is available for inspection and public comment at the Dickenson County Building Inspector’s office in Clintwood, Virginia. A copy of the draft NPDES permit and fact sheet are available for public inspection and comment at the Division’s Big Stone Gap office. Any person whose interests are or may be adversely affected by the application, or an officer or head of any federal, state, or local government agency or authority may within 30 days of October 2, 2013 submit written comments or objections to the Division of Mined Land Reclamation concerning the application, and may also request, in writing, that the Division hold an informal conference concerning the application. Requests for an informal conference shall follow the requirements of 4VAC25-130-773.13c of the Virginia Coal Surface Mining Reclamation Regulations.
