ORDER OF PUBLICATION

Now comes your Petitioners, Joshua Kelly and Brittany Kelly, and moves this honorable court for an order of publication in the above referenced matter. This suit is for the termination of the residual parental rights and responsibilities of the father of a child known as Aiden Skylar Dandy.

“Residual parental rights and responsibilities mean all rights and responsibilities remaining with the parent after the transfer of legal custody or guardianship of the person, including but not limited to the right of visitation, consent to adoption, the right to determine religious affiliation and the responsibility for support.”

It appearing by affidavit filed according to law that the location and whereabouts of Jonathan Paul Dandy, the father of Aiden Skylar Dandy, are unknown. And it further appearing by affidavit that the last known address of Jonathan Paul Dandy was 4579 Tacoma Mountain Road, Coeburn, VA 24230. It is therefore ORDERED that Jonathan Paul Dandy, the father of Aiden Skylar Dandy, or anyone else with an interest in the termination of parental rights of Jonathan Paul Dandy appear on or before the 17th day of November, 2020 at 11:30 AM in the Clerk's Office of this Court and do what is necessary to protect his/her interests.

And, it is further ORDERED that this order be published once a week for four successive weeks in The Coalfield Progress, a newspaper of general circulation in the County of Wise, Virginia; that The Coalfield Progress return a certification to counsel for the Petitioners that this ORDER OF PUBLICATIO has in fact been run once a week for four successive weeks; and that a copy of this ORDER be posted at the front door of the Courthouse wherein this Court is held.
