ORDER OF PUBLICATION
The object of this action is to obtain a divorce from the bond of matrimony from the Defendant on the ground of having lived separate and apart for a period exceeding one year and the incorporation of the Property Settlement Agreement signed by both parties on August 14, 2019 into the Final Decree of Divorce.
It appearing by affidavit that the Defendant is not a resident of this Commonwealth, the Defendant's present whereabouts are unknown, and diligence has been used by or on the behalf of the Plaintiff to ascertain the whereabouts of the Defendant without effect, it is ORDERED that the Defendant appear before this Court on or before August 4, 2021 and protect her interests herein.
And it is further ORDERED that the above paragraphs be published once a week for four successive weeks in the Coalfield Progress, a newspaper of general circulation in the County of Wise. The Clerk of this Court shall post this Order at the front door of the courthouse, and shall mail a copy of this Order to the Defendant at the post office address, if any, given in the affidavit of the Plaintiff filed herein.
