The object of this suit is to enforce the lien of the Complainant, County of Wise, Virginia, for delinquent real estate taxes against certain real property located in the County of Wise, Virginia, described as follows:

All that certain tract or parcel of land situate, lying, and being in the Town of Big Stone Gap, Wise County, Virginia, and more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the southwest corner of Lot No. 7, being at the intersection of the north line of Albemarle Street with the east line of a 34 foot alley; thence running with the west line of said Lot 7 and along said alley a distance of 62 1/2 feet to a stake; thence at right angles to said last mentioned course crossing Lots 7 and 8 to a stake in the east line of Lot 8; thence with the east line of Lot 8, which is also a line common to Lots 8 and 9 of Block 12, a distance of 62 1/2 feet to a stake in the north line of Albemarle Street and being the southeast corner of Lot 8; thence with the north line of Albemarle Street a distance of 115 feet to the beginning.
And being the same property conveyed to Wilma Johnson from Vada Reasor Keyser by Deed dated January 22, 1963 and recorded March 8, 1963 in the Office of the Circuit Court Clerk of Wise County, Virginia, in Deed Book 373, at Page 159.
This description is made subject to all easements, conditions, agreements, restrictions, and reservations of record which affect the property herein described.
IT APPEARING that an Affidavit has been made and filed stating that due diligence has been used, without effect, to ascertain the identity and location of certain parties to be served, that the last known addresses for the Respondents herein are as follows: Wilma J. Johnson, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is 45 Albemarle Street E, Big Stone Gap, Virginia 24219; Roy L Johnson, whose last known address is 2505 4th Avenue E, Big Stone Gap, Virginia 24219; and that any officers, heirs, devisees, and successors in title of the Respondent named herein are made parties Respondent to this action individually and/or by the general description of Parties Unknown, it is hereby
ORDERED that the parties herein and all Parties Unknown and/or whose location cannot be ascertained appear on or before October 7, 2021 in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Wise, Virginia, and do what may be necessary to protect their interests in this cause.
