The object of this suit is to enforce the lien of the Complainant, County of Wise, Virginia, for delinquent real estate taxes against certain real property located in the County of Wise, Virginia, described as follows:

All that certain lot or parcel of land, lying and being in the village of Stonega, Wise County, Virginia, being located on Stonega Road and being 0.161 acre more or less, known as Tax Map Number
047A1 ( ) 283-284.
And being a portion of the same parcel of land conveyed to Robert Made and Tina Mabe as tenants by the entireties from Pearl Gibson, by Deed of Bargain and Sale, dated and recorded January 9, 1998 in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Wise County, Virginia as Instrument Number 980000103.
This description is made subject to all easements, conditions, agreements, restrictions, and reservations of record which affect the property herein described including but not limited to those recorded in Instrument Number 201602957, Deed Book 288 at Page 167.

All that certain lot or parcel of land, lying and being situate in the Village of Stonega, Wise County, Virginia and more particularly described as follows:
Being referred to in deeds in the chain of title as Lots 281 and 282 according to plat of the land of Virginia Coal and Iron Co. and Westmoreland Coal Co., said plat never having been recorded, said property being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron post in the southeasterly line of Route No. 78, common corner for Lots 280 and 281; thence with said line of Route No. 78, N. 63 50 E. 67.1 feet to an iron post, common corner for Lots 282 and 283; thence with the division line of said lots S. 24 26 E. 100.86 feet to an iron post in the line of property now or formerly owned by Westmoreland Coal Co.; thence with said Westmoreland Coal Co. property line S. 65 58 W. 71.0 feet to an iron post, common corner for said lots 280 and 281; thence with the division line of said lots N. 22 08 W. 98.47 feet to the point of BEGINNING
and being the same property conveyed to Robert L. Mabe from James H. Roark and Mary G. Roark, his wife, by Deed dated March 1, 1999 and recorded March 12, 1999 in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Wise County, Virginia as Instrument Number 990001140.
This description is made subject to all easements, conditions, agreements, restrictions, and reservations of record which affect the property herein described including but not limited to those recorded in Deed Book 384 at Page 710, Deed Book 288 at Page 167, Instrument Number 201602956.
IT APPEARING that an Affidavit has been made and filed stating that due diligence has been used, without effect, to ascertain the identity and location of certain parties to be served, that the last known addresses for the Respondents herein are as follows: Robert Mabe aka Robert L. Mabe, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is 5332 Stonega Road, Appalachia, Virginia 24216; Dustin Robert Mabe, whose last known address is 5332 Stonega Road, Stonega, Virginia 24216; Tina Mabe, whose last known address is 143 Watertank Road, Johnson City, Tennessee, 37615; Donovan Logan Mabe, whose last known address is 179 Lazy Hollow Drive, Gaithersburg, Maryland 20878; and that any officers, heirs, devisees, and successors in title of the Respondent named herein are made parties Respondent to this action individually and/or by the general description of Parties Unknown, it is hereby
ORDERED that the parties herein and all Parties Unknown and/or whose location cannot be ascertained appear on or before October 22, 2021 in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Wise, Virginia, and do what may be necessary to protect their interests in this cause.
