The object of this suit is to enforce the lien of the Complainant, County of Wise, Virginia, for delinquent real estate taxes against certain real property located in the County of Wise, Virginia, described as follows:

All that certain lot or parcel of land, together with any improvements thereon and appurtenances thereunto belonging, lying and being situate in the town of Big Stone Gap, Wise County, Virginia and being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a stake, Sycamore pointer, a corner of tract now or formerly owned by Osborne and wife, to Goines, thence N. 51 30 E. 655 ft to a stake in the middle of Powells River; thence with the middle of Powells River in a northernly direction a distance of approximately 75 feet to a stake in the middle of said river; thence leaving the said river S. 51 30 W. a distance of approximately 600 feet to a stake in the western boundary; thence 45 E. back to the BEGINNING, containing one and one-half acre more or less.
Less and except that certain portion of land conveyed to James Talley Jr. and Delilah Talley, his wife, from Hobart Adkins and Ruby F. Adkins, his wife, by Deed dated February 11, 1981 and recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Wise County, Virginia on February 19, 1981 in Deed Book 549 at Page 699.
And being the same property conveyed to Hobert Adkins and Viola Adkins, his wife as tenants by the entireties, from Hobert Adkins and Viola Adkins by Deed dated June 20, 1985 and recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Wise County, Virginia on June 28, 1985 in Deed Book 610 at Page 650.
This description is made subject to all easements, conditions, agreements, restrictions, and reservations of record which affect the property herein described including but not limited to those recorded in Deed Book 588 at Page 638.
IT APPEARING that an Affidavit has been made and filed stating that due diligence has been used, without effect, to ascertain the identity and location of certain parties to be served, that the last known addresses for the Respondents herein are as follows: Ronald H. Adkins, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Danny N. Adkins, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is P.O. Box 334, Big Stone Gap, Virginia 24219-0334; Delilah J. Talley, whose last known address is 216 Hill Street, Rogersville, Tennessee 37857; Dianna L. Morelock Huffman aka Dianna L. Clark, whose last known address is 5837 Dr Thomas Walker Road, Lot 114, Rose Hill, Virginia 24281; and that any officers, heirs, devisees, and successors in title of the Respondent named herein are made parties Respondent to this action individually and/or by the general description of Parties Unknown, it is hereby
ORDERED that the parties herein and all Parties Unknown and/or whose location cannot be ascertained appear on or before November 19, 2021 in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Wise, Virginia, and do what may be necessary to protect their interests in this cause.
