The object of this suit is to partition the real estate designated as Lots Eight (8), Nine (9) and Ten (10) as shown on plat of Mineral Development Company’s Addition to the Town of Big Stone Gap, Virginia, in one of the modes prescribed by law, and particularly to compel a public sale thereof.

An Affidavit having been made and signed that the defendant, David Anthony Milam, has an address that is unknown, it is hereby ORDERED that David Anthony Milam appear on or before July 29, 2022 and do whatever is necessary to protect his interest in said property.

It is further ORDERED that this Order of Publication be published once a week for four (4) consecutive weeks in the Coalfield Progress, a newspaper of general circulation in Wise County, Virginia.
