The object of this suit is to enforce the lien of the Complainant, County of Wise, Virginia, for delinquent real estate taxes against certain real property located in the County of Wise, Virginia, described as follows:

All that certain tract or parcel of land, situate in the Richmond Magisterial District, Wise County, Virginia, and being more particularly described as follows, to-wit:

Beginning at a stake having Westmorland Coal Company coordinates N 39372.40 E 41038.04; thence N 72° 48' W 61.99 feet to a stake; thence N 16° 27' E 52.97 feet to a stake; thence S 73° 44' E 62.81 feet to a stake; thence S 17° 23' W 54.00 feet to the point of beginning, containing 0.766 acres, more or less.

And being the same property conveyed to Irene Anita Higgins from Cornelia M. Higgins, widow, by Deed of Gift dated and recorded August 16, 1982, in the Office of the Circuit Court Clerk of Wise County, Virginia, in Deed Book 569, at Page 170.

This description is made subject to all easements, conditions, agreements, restrictions, and reservations of record which affect the property herein described including but not limited to those recorded in Deed Book 413, at Page 188 and Deed Book 569, at Page 170 .

IT APPEARING that an Affidavit has been made and filed stating that due diligence has been used, without effect, to ascertain the identity and location of certain parties to be served, that the last known addresses for the Respondents herein are as follows: Irene Anita Higgins, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is 4226 Elmwood Street, Detroit, Michigan 48207; Virginia Poole, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is 601 lovelady Gap Road, Dryden, Virginia 24243; Domestic Loan & Thrift Co. of Kingsport, Inc., whose last known address is unknown; and that any officers, heirs, devisees, and successors in title of the Respondent named herein are made parties Respondent to this action individually and/or by the general description of Parties Unknown, it is hereby

ORDERED that the parties herein and all Parties Unknown and/or whose location cannot be ascertained appear on or before March 8, 2023 in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Wise, Virginia, and do what may be necessary to protect their interests in this cause.
