PUBLIC NOTICE

Pursuant to Wise County code sections 13-22 through 13-24, the following automobiles have been declared abandoned and have been towed to an impound facility located at 5401-B Kent Junction Road (county landfill):

The owner or any persons having a security interest in any of these vehicles, and wish to reclaim the vehicle(s), has 30 days from the date of this notice to reclaim the vehicle(s), pay all towing and storage fees due the county, and remove said vehicle(s). Failure of the owner or persons having security interests to exercise their right to reclaim the vehicle within the time provided shall be deemed a waiver by the owner and all persons having any security interest of all right, title and interest in the vehicle and consent to the sale of the vehicle at a public auction.
