The object of this suit is to enforce the lien of the Complainant, County of Wise, Virginia, for delinquent real estate taxes against certain real property located in the County of Wise, Virginia, described as follows:

All that certain lot, piece, or parcel of real property, together with any improvements thereon and appurtenances thereunto belonging, lying and being situate in the village of Dunbar, Wise County, Virginia, more particularly bounded and described as follows, to-wit:

House and Lot No. 305-306, BEGINNING at a fence post, a front corner of lots 303-305, having Stonega Coke and Coal Company coordinates N. 52363.02 E. 65772.39; thence N. 39-27 W. 70.20' to a stake; thence N. 50-32 E. 80.99' to a post; thence S. 39-37 E. 70.09' to a post, a common corner of lots 265-267-30-306; thence S. 49-48 W. 81.77' to the BEGINNING, containing 0.132 acres more or less.

And being the same property conveyed to Debra Bush from Dennis E. Mosier by Deed dated August 6, 2015 and recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Wise County, Virginia on September 3, 2015 as Instrument Number 201504271.

This description is made subject to all easements, conditions, agreements, restrictions, and reservations of record which affect the property herein described.

IT APPEARING that an Affidavit has been made and filed stating that due diligence has been used, without effect, to ascertain the identity and location of certain parties to be served, that the last known addresses for the Respondents herein are as follows: Daniel Adams a/k/a Daniel Lee Adams, whose last known address is 35 Dogwood Terrace, Big Stone Gap, Virginia 24219; Debra Bush, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Christopher F. West, whose last known address is 1112 Skelton Bluff Road, Kingsport, Tennessee 37660; Jessie J. Robbins, whose last known address is 163 Gates Hollow Road, Keokee, Virginia 24265; Jimmy Spencer Charles Robbins, whose last known address is unknown; and that any officers, heirs, devisees, and successors in title of the Respondent named herein are made parties Respondent to this action individually and/or by the general description of Parties Unknown, it is hereby

ORDERED that the parties herein and all Parties Unknown and/or whose location cannot be ascertained appear on or before April 24, 2023 in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Wise, Virginia, and do what may be necessary to protect their interests in this cause.
