REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

RFP PURPOSE

The County of Wise, Virginia is hereby soliciting proposals from qualified firms to design an approximate 400 square foot reference addition to the C. Bascom Slemp Library structure in Big Stone Gap, Virginia. Proposals will be received until 4:00 p.m., June 16, 2023, at the Wise County Administration Office.

Proposal Requirements

1. A cover letter introducing the firm/consultant company or team;

2. A complete description of the services and a time period for completion.

A committee will review and evaluate all proposals.

The selected vendor must be determined to be a responsible bidder by the County.

The County reserves the right to reject all proposals received, and to re-advretise the project.
