Coking Coal, LLC, P.O. Box 196, Norton, VA 24273 is applying for the transfer, assignment, or sale of the permit rights of Inmet Mining, LLC 144 East Market Place Boulevard, Knoxville, TN 37922 concerning Permit No. 1102322 located in WiseCounty 0.45 Miles North of Stonega on Bluff Spur as provided by 4 VAC 25-130-774.17 of the Virginia Coal Surface Mining Reclamation Regulations.

Any person with a valid legal interest which might be adversely affected by this application to transfer, assign, or sell the permit rights of the aforementioned permit, may within 30 days of September 5, 2023 submit written comments concerning the application to the Mined Land Repurposing Program.
