The object of this suit is to seek an Order from the Court directing that certain real estate owned by Preston Martin Gibson, Deceased, at the time of his death be made a part of his probate estate and that a Special Commissioner be appointed to take control of the real estate and sale the real estate in such a manner as to yield the best price and directing that the net proceeds, after payment of all cost and expense of said suit and sale, be paid to the Estate of Preston Martin Gibson to satisfy certain debts and claims made against the Estate of Preston Martin Gibson. The real estate that is the subject of this suit is located in the City of Norton, Virginia and is more particularly described as follows:

BEGINNING at a stake on the Northern line of Main Avenue at the Intersection of said Northern line of Main Avenue with the Eastern Line of a Twenty-Five (25) feet wide street that divides the Eastern part of said Block Eleven (11); thence along the Eastern line of said Twenty-Five (25) feet wide street N 1 42 W 125.69 feet to the southern line of a Twenty (20) feet wide alley that lies along the southern right-of- way line of the Interstate Railroad; thence along the southern line of said alley S 87 42 E 62.17 feet to a stake; thence S 1 42 E I 20.28 feet to a stake on the Northern line of Main Avenue; thence along the Northern line of Main Avenue S 87 18 W 52 feet, more or less, to the point of BEGINNING.

IT APPEARING that an Affidavit has been made and filed stating that due diligence has been used, without effect to ascertain the identity and location of certain parties to be served, that the last known address of the Respondents is as follows: GREGORY GIBSON, 311 Linden Walk, Apt. C, Lexington, KY 40508; and LAUREN (GIBSON) BROCK, 315B Talos Street, Wichita Falls, TX 76311; and that any officers, heirs, devisees, and successors in title of the Respondents named herein are made parties Respondent to this action individually, it is hereby,

ORDERED that the parties herein GREGORY GIBSON, and LAUREN (GIBSON) BROCK, whose location cannot be ascertained appear on or before October 31, 2023 in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Wise, Virginia, and do what may be necessary to protect their interests in this cause.
