PUBLIC HEARING - Case #25-02 – Wise County IDA is requesting a Change of Zoning

NOTICE OF 

PUBLIC HEARING

    The Wise County Board of Supervisors will hold a joint public hearing with the Wise County Planning Commission on Thursday, March 13, 2025, at 6:00 pm in the Education Center at the Wise County School Board on Lake Street in Wise. The Planning Commission and the Board of Supervisors will review and hear public comments for:

     Case #25-02 – Wise County IDA is requesting a Change of Zoning for Parcel ID 010204 from M-1 to M-2 and Parcel IDs 011397, 043165, and 012058 from PD-BT to M-2.

    The public is invited to attend and speak in favor of or opposition to this request. The full text of the request and maps are available for viewing in the Office of the Zoning Administrator in the Wise County Courthouse.
