Here, 13 local NASA DEVELOP scholars, flanked by Circuit Court Clerk Jack Kennedy and local project managers Yanina Colon and Giovanni Colberg, show off their professional presentation duds during a Tuesday reception at the University of Virginia’s College at Wise. Students spent the afternoon explaining their projects to hundreds of curious visitors.
