City studies enterprise zone options

The Norton areas highlighted are being considered to become enterprise zones which would offer financial incentives to industrial and commercial facilities therein. The light orange section is downtown along Park Avenue. The most prominent area, highlighted in yellow to the right, is the home of Project Intersection — the future Earthlink site.
