Mullins crowned Miss VA/KY District Fair

Sarah Brooke Mullins was crowned Miss Virginia Kentucky District Fair 2015. Sarah is the 21 year old daughter of Mike and Julie Mullins of St. Paul. She is a licensed cosmetologist and works at Geneses Salon in Wise and recently obtained her Pharmacy Tech License and is employed at Cavalier Pharmacy in Wise. Sarah was awarded a $2,500 scholarship to further her education as well as various gifts from local businesses (Sisterly Chic, Tracy’s Salon & Spa, The Glass Slipper, Turning 360*, Unique Nails, Trisha’s by Design, and Tan Land). She will compete in the state fair pageant in January 2016 at the Omni Homestead in Hot Springs, Va.
