LOUISE ROBERTS SANDERS

Louise Roberts Sanders, 79, of Wise, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, May 6, 2020 at the Johnson City Medical Center in Johnson City, Tennessee.

She was of the Freewill Baptist faith, and was the former cafeteria manager at J.J. Kelly High School.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Eddie Wayne Sanders; her parents, Otis and Irene Roberts; two brothers, Gary Roberts and Edsel Roberts; and a sister, Joan Mullins.

Surviving are sons, Billy Sanders and wife Jamie of Wise and Zack Roberts of Norton; daughter, Karen Sanders Thomas and husband Bryan of Greensboro, NC; grandchildren, Michelle Sanders Cowden and husband Dusty, Matthew Sanders and wife Sarah, Halee Sanders, Bailey Sanders, Adrianna Sanders, Tamera Sanders, Kamden Sanders, Brandon Justice, Jeremy Justice and wife Liz, and Alicia Taylor and husband Jon; great-grandchildren. Issac Cowden, Abbigail Cowden, Faolan Sanders, Alistair Sanders, Samuel Justice, Noah Justice, Ally Justice, Annie Justice, Caroline Justice, Jaxon Taylor, and Aubrey Taylor; her fur baby, Tavi; brother, Eddie Wayne Roberts; sister, Kim Roberts; sister-in-law, Jean Sanders; several nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services for Louise Roberts Sanders will be private with Pastor Larry Turner officiating. Burial will be in the Sanders Family Cemetery. Please visit www.sturgillfuneral.com to leave online condolences for the family.
