Girl Scouts in Wise give back this holiday season

Wise, VA — Troop 389 had a busy month in November! The Girl Scouts donated and shopped for items to pack shoeboxes for Operation Christmas Child.

This year, they were able to send 32 shoeboxes to children in need! The girls also held a highly competitive mock election and visited their local town council meeting to help earn their Democracy and Inside Government badges!
