LINDA J. LUCAS

Linda J. Lucas, 63, of Norton, passed away in the early morning hours on Wednesday, November 24, 2021 at Holston Valley Medical Center.

She was born in Saint Johnsbury, Vermont and lived in Chillicothe, Ohio. Linda graduated Chillicothe HS Class of 1976. She served in the United States Air Force, but was primarily a homemaker and mother. She lived a simple life, but one that was filled with love, kindness and compassion for others. Her caring nature and love for Ohio State sports will live on through her loved ones. Linda will be greatly missed by her family and friends.

Linda is preceded in death by her mother, Nancy J. Liberty Kidnocker; birth father, Bradley Houghton and former husband, Danny R. Lucas.

She is survived by her daughter, Misty J. Collier of Norton, VA; father, Robert E. Kidnocker; sister, Karie L and William Barber; brothers, Robert E. Kidnocker III and Peter S. Kidnocker all of Chillcothe, Ohio; and a host of other relatives and friends.
