DOUGLAS BLAIR

Apostle Douglas Blair was a true man of God with the demonstrated power of God upon his life; he received his call at an early age to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ. He has seen the demonstrative power of God move in his life through his own deliverance of drugs and alcohol.

Preceded in death a sister, Miriam Gulley; and maternal grandparents, Sam and Calanthe Blair; aunt, Ruth Rogers; cousin, Steve Thomas. A native of Big Stone Gap, VA, he is the son of Pastors Billy and Vindetta Gulley of Winston-Salem, NC.

Survivors: His beautiful, anointed wife and prophetess, Nancy Blair. Three children, Faith Rippy, Charity Rippy, Aaron Rippy Jr.; granddaughter, Ty’lehiona; mother-in-love, Apostle Deborah Graham; sister-in-love, Edna Graham; niece, Maria Rippy; great uncle, Pythain Daniels; great aunt, Rosemary Cox; uncle, Ernest Blair; aunts, Berthalla Smith (Johnny), Bertha Quansah (Andrew), and Princess Fleenor. Cousins, Michael Thomas, Feleshia Dickerson, Princella Lewis, Ernest Blair, Normandy Bryant, Joshua Gray, Jonathan Brummitt, Melissa Brummitt, Nicole Blair, Derick Gray, Calantha Jones, and Aaliyah Fleenor. Along with many nephews, nieces, and family friends.

His divine assignment extends to the nations to help empower believers to do the work of the ministry of Jesus Christ, restore, heal the broken, and bring deliverance to those in bondage, and love God’s people with agape love. Apostle Blair gives God all the glory and honor for the great things He has done.

The family received friends from 1:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 8th at Greater Shekinah Glory Fellowship, 3066 S Hwy 127, Hickory, NC 28602. Service was at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 8th at Greater Shekinah Glory Fellowship. Apostle Kathy Johnson, affiliating the Pastor of Greater Shekinah Glory. Apostle Omar Morton and Prophetess Makita Morton from Kingdom Manna Ministries from New York. Burial will follow at Southside Cemetery, 315 14th Ave Dr. SW, Hickory, NC 28602.
