Shirley Marie Bentley, 87, died Monday, November 13, 2023, at Holston Valley medical Center, Kingsport, TN. She was a member of Dunbar Methodist Church. She was a daughter of the late Willie and Della Malone. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Bill Bentley and two sons, Ronnie Bentley and Donnie Bentley.

She is survived by a son, Ronald “Skunk” Bentley; daughter, Debbie Taylor; daughter-in-law, Lisa Bentley; grandchildren, Candas Woolen and husband Matt of Spartanburg, SC, Kristy Bates of Duffield, VA, Dustin Bentley and wife Tabitha of Utah, Ronnie Bentley and wife Jennifer of Bluff City, TN, Todd Bentley and wife Rachel of Kingsport, TN, Cody Collier of Alabama and Danielle Collier of Knoxville, TN; great grandchildren, Aaliyah Rose, Austin Rose, Hallie Abbey, Jazmine Bentley, Breann Bentley, Lil Ronnie Bentley, Jennifer Bentley, Beth Bentley, Jacob Bentley, Skyley Bentley and Zack Spears, Roman Collier and Xavier Bowen; great great grandchildren, Hunter Rose, Nora Bentley, John Stiltner and Autumn Stiltner.

Funeral services were conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday, November 16, 2023, at Hagy & Fawbush Funeral Home in Norton;Rev. Tony Nunley officiated. The burial followed in the Laurel Grove Cemetery.

Hagy & Fawbush Funeral Home of Norton, VA is serving the Bentley family.
