The object of this suit is to enforce the lien of the Complainant, County of Wise, Virginia, for delinquent real estate taxes against certain real property located in the County of Wise, Virginia, described as follows:

Tax Map No. 71 ( ) 040A

Account No. 037021

All that certain lot, piece, or parcel of real property, together with any improvements thereon and appurtenances thereunto belonging, lying and being situate on Bull Run Creek in the Lipps Magisterial District of Wise County, Virginia, containing 0.688 acre, more or less, with metes and bounds as shown on plat of survey made by Joseph Barger, Certified Land Surveyor, dated the 1st day of April, 1995, a copy of which plat is recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Wise County, Virginia, in Deed Book 827 at Page 079.

And being the same real property conveyed to Burnie Hileman from Scott Hileman and Lillie Hileman, by Deed of Gift dated April 2, 2004 and recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Wise County, Virginia on April 6, 2004 as Instrument Number 200401533.

This description is made subject to all easements, conditions, agreements, restrictions, and reservations of record which affect the property herein described including but not limited to those recorded in Deed Book 827 at Page 79, Instrument Number 200703718.

All that certain lot, piece, or parcel of real property, lying and being situate in Lipps Magisterial District of Wise County, Virginia, being located on or near Russell Creek Road and being one acre, more or less, known as Tax Map Number 058 ( ) 028A.

And being the same real property devised to Burnie Hileman from Emma Nevada Hileman as evidenced by the Last Will and Testament of Emma Nevada Hileman recorded on April 4, 1994 among the records of the Wise County Circuit Court Clerk's Office in Will Book 78 at Page 209.

IT APPEARING that an Affidavit has been made and filed stating that due diligence has been used, without effect, to ascertain the identity and location of certain parties to be served, that the last known addresses for the Respondents herein are as follows: Burnie Hileman, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is 118 Rainbow Avenue, Chilhowie, Virginia 24319; Charlotte McClellan Hileman, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is 16202 Bull Run Road, St. Paul, Virginia 24283; Brenda Hileman Jones, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is 6814 Carter Stanley Hwy, Coeburn, Virginia 24230; Breanna Price, whose last known address is 602 Sugar Street, Chilhowie, Virginia 24319; Walker Lawson, whose last known address is unknown; Carl Lawson II, whose last known address is 11416 Norton Coeburn Road, Coeburn, Virginia 24230; Randall Scott Hileman, whose last known address is 723 Pond Ridge, Coeburn, Virginia 24230; and that any officers, heirs, devisees, and successors in title of the Respondent named herein are made parties Respondent to this action individually and/or by the general description of Parties Unknown, it is hereby

ORDERED that the parties herein and all Parties Unknown and/or whose location cannot be ascertained appear on or before May 23, 2024 in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Wise, Virginia, and do what may be necessary to protect their interests in this cause.
