DELBERIA ANN (DEBBIE) ISOM

NORTON, VA - Delberia Ann (Debbie) Isom, born August 13, 1953, died Sunday, September 8, 2024, in Charleston, SC.

Debbie was the most giving person that always put others first. She was a faithful Christian that loved the Lord with all her heart. She never met a stranger and had the brightest smile that would light up any room. She will be missed by all that knew her. 

Debbie was preceded in death by her husband, Benny Isom, parents Edward and Ova Williams, sister Donna Mefford, sister Paula Gilliam and a special aunt, Ethel Steele.

She is survived by her daughter, Kim Mullins and husband Mark, grandson Mark Benton Mullins, and granddaughters Kristen Mullins and Emily Mullins, a twin brother Delbert Williams and wife Dorothy, and her sisters Rhonda Cooke and Sheila Hensley, a host of other family members and many, many friends.

Services will be conducted at 1 pm Friday, September 13, 2024, at the Powell Valley Memorial Gardens Mausoleum. Entombment will follow in the mausoleum.
