HELP WANTED - HUMAN RESOURCES ADMINISTRATORThe Town of Wise has an opening for a Human Resources Administrator.  This is an exempt, full-time salaried position in the department of the Town Treasurer. General Responsibilities include: ensuring employment law compliance, employee benefit administration, advertising of open positions, onboarding of new employees, health insurance enrollment for employees, personnel changes, FMLA and Workers' Compensation administration, maintaining employee records.  Knowledge of principles and practices of Human Resources in accordance with federal, state and local laws, knowledge of workers' compensation programs and medical/ insurance terminology, among other knowledge, skills and abilities.  
Minimum education requirement - Associates Degree in related field with minimum of 3 years' experience working in a Human Resources or related field.  Bachelor's degree preferred in Human Resources, Business Administration or Human Resources related field with minimum 3 years' experience working in a Human Resources or related field. Must possess a valid driver's license.
