PUBLIC  NOTICE
The Wise County Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing on Thursday, October 10, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. in the School Board Education Center located at 628 Lake Street in Wise, VA to receive citizens’ comments on a conditional rezoning request from Tim Dunaway on behalf of JMB Investment Company that is 
requesting this property be a B-2 to open a Dollar General store on Parcel ID No. 017144.
