ROBERT INGLE BRIGHT

Robert Ingle Bright, known affectionately as Rob, passed away peacefully on September 19, 2024, at the age of 77 at Grace Hall Hospice House in Ocala, Florida. Born on November 4, 1946, in Wise, Virginia, he was the cherished son of the late Virginia and Gordon Bright, and brother to the late Jerry Bright. 
 
Rob pursued higher education at Carson Newman College, where he also made his mark as a talented baseball pitcher. His professional life was dedicated to enriching children's lives as a field representative and consultant for CTW, the producers of Sesame Street. 
 Beyond his professional endeavors, Rob was an avid golfer and enjoyed wood cutting and tending to his flower garden. He cherished spending time with his beloved companion, Judy, as well as with his longtime friends, neighbors, and cousins. Rob's favorite holiday was the 4th of July, a special time when his children and grandchildren gathered annually, continuing a beloved family tradition. 
 Rob is survived by his daughters, Kristie Iavarone and her spouse Rico, Kelly Hall and her spouse Jason, and his son, Jordan Stupey and his spouse Beta. He was a proud grandfather to many grandchildren who will miss his presence deeply. 
 
A service to honor Rob's life will be held on November 30 at 1 PM on his own lawn, a place that held great significance for him. Countryside Funeral Home in Ocala, FL, is assisting the family during this time.
