Any person who by intestacy, conveyance, transfer or otherwise who may have an interest in the corporation, Henry Construction and Building Supply Company, Incorporated

and

Any person who is an heir, devisee, or successor in title to any defendant named herein, and/or any other persons who may, by virtue of inheritance, intestacy conveyance transfer or otherwise, have an interest in those certain tracts or parcels of land lying and being in Appalachia, Wise County, Virginia being Tax ID No.: R018400 and being Lots 13, 14 and ) 15 in Block Numbered 22 on a Plat marked and known as “Keystone Coal and Iron Company's Plat No. 3 of Appalachia, Virginia”, the outcome or subject matter which is the subject of this suit, who if not otherwise named herein, are hereby made parties hereto by the general description “PARTIES UNKNOWN.”

ORDER OF PUBLICATION

The object of this suit is to determine the ownership of the corporation of Henry Construction and Building Supply Company, Incorporated and to remove a cloud on title and vest ownership of a certain tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in Wise County, Virginia in the Town of Appalachia identified as Tax lD No. R018400 by the Wise County Commissioner of Revenue and more fully described as:

All three (3) certain lots, pieces or parcels of land situate in the Town of Appalachia, Wise County, Virginia and described as follows, to-wit: Three (3) Lots, Numbered Thirteen (13), Fourteen (14) and Fifteen (15), in Block Numbered 22 on a plat marked and known as “Keystone Coal and Iron Company's Plat No. 3 of Appalachia, Virginia”, and recorded in the Clerk's Office of Wise County, Virginia in Deed Book 80, page 281, etc., to which plat so of record reference is here made for a more particular description of said lots, pieces or parcels of land.

Hereinafter referred to as the 'Subject Property”.

And, it appearing by affidavit filed according to law that neither the person or persons alleging an ownership interest in Henry Construction and Building Supply Company, Incorporated nor those alleging an ownership interest in the property identified in the records of the Circuit Court Clerk's Office of Wise County, Virginia as Tax ID No. R018400 can be ascertained, it is hereby ORDERED that all persons alleging an ownership interest in the corporation Henry Construction and Building Supply Company, Incorporated and/or the Subject Property appear on or before the 22nd day of November, 2024, in the Clerk's Office of this Court and do what is necessary to protect their interests.

And if further appearing by affidavit filed according to law that there may be unknown heirs devisees, and successors in interest and other deceased persons who may allege to have an ownership interest in and to the corporation Henry Construc-tion and Building Supply Company, Incorporated and/or the Subject Propery, and that their names, whereabouts, and addresses, if any, are unknown, it is hereby ORDERED that such persons appear as may be necessary to protect their interests in this suit.

-And, it is further ORDERED that this order be published once a week for four (4) successive weeks in the Coalfield Progress, a newspaper of general circulation in the County of Wise; and that a copy of this Order be posted at the front door of the Courthouse in Wise, Virginia wherein this Court is held.
