ORDER OF PUBLICATION 

   Comes now your Petitioners, Annette Michelle Carter and Timothy Wayne Carter, and move this Honorable Court for an Order of Publication in the above referenced matter. This suit is for the adoption of three children, known as Isabella Mae Branham, Kambri Lashae Branham and Robert Lester Branham.

    It appearing by affidavit filed according to law that the location and whereabouts of Anthony Shane Branham, the father of Isabella Mae Branham, Kambri Lashae Branhaos and Robert Lester Branham, are unknown. And it further appearing by affidavit that the last known address of Anthony Shane Branham was 11313 Robinson Hollow Rd., Coebum, VA 24230. It is therefore ORDERED that Anthony Shane Branham, the father of Isabella Mae Branham, Kambri Lashae Branham and Robert Lester Branham, or anyone else with an interest in the custody of Isabella Mae Branham, Kambri Lashae Branham and Robert Lester Branham appear on or before the 25th day of November, 2024 at 11:00am in the Clerk's Office of this Court and do what is necessary to protect his/her interests.

    And, it is further ORDERED that this order be published one time per week for four successive weeks in The Coalfield Progress, a newspaper of general circulation in the County of Wise, Virginia; that The Coalfield Progress return a certification to counsel for the Petitioners that this ORDER OF PUBI.ICATION has in fact been run one time per week for four successive weeks; and that a copy of this ORDER be posted at the front door of the Courthouse wherein this Court is held.
