REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

RFP FOR EXTERMINATING SERVICES

    The County of Wise, Virginia is hereby soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide exterminating services/pest control of the properties and structures owned by the County of Wise, Virginia. Specifically, the Courthouse, Court Services Unit, Justice Center, Community Centers, and the Animal Shelter.

    Proposals will be received until 4:00 p.m., November 18, 2024, at the Wise County Administration Office and must be sealed and marked RFP Exterminating/Pest Control Services.

Proposal Requirements

    1. A cover letter introducing the firm/consultant company or team; and

   2. A proposal of services.

    
   A committee will review and evaluate all proposals. 

   The selected vendor must be determined to be a responsible bidder by the County.

  The County reserves the right to reject all proposals received, and to re-advertise the project if necessary.
