SPECIAL COMMISSIONER’S SALE OF REAL ESTATE
Pursuant to and by virtue of a decree of the Circuit Court of the County of Wise, Virginia, made and entered October 29, 2024, in the cause therein pending under the style of Saundra Bentley v. Adriana Danielle Fonseca, Administrator of the Estate of Preston Martin Gibson, Lauren Gibson Brock, Gregory Gibson and LVNV Funding, LLC, CL23000947, the undersigned, Freddie E. Mullins, Esq., Special Commissioner of the said Court, will offer for sale at PUBLIC AUCTION to the highest bidder, on the terms hereinafter stated, at the front door of the Wise County Courthouse on FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 22, 2024 at 9:00 a.m., the following described real estate in Wise County, Virginia, being more particularly described as follows:
All that certain tract or parcel of land, situate, lying, and being in the City of Norton, County of Wise and Commonwealth of Virginia, bounded described as follows:
TAX ID NO. 232N0819 and 232N0818:
BEGINNING at a stake on the Northern line of Main Avenue at the Intersection of said Northern line of Main Avenue with the Eastern Line of a Twenty-Five (25) feet wide street that divides the Eastern part of said Block Eleven (11); thence along the Eastern line of said Twenty-Five (25) feet wide street N 1 42 W 125.69 feet to the southern line of a Twenty (20) feet wide alley that lies along the southern right-of-way line of the Interstate Railroad; thence along the southern line of said alley S 87 42 E 62.17 feet to a stake; thence S 1 42 E 120.28 feet to a stake on the Northern line of Main Avenue; thence along the Northern line of Main Avenue S 87 18 W 52 feet, more or less, to the point of BEGINNING, and being the same property conveyed unto Preston Gibson by that certain Deed dated October 25, 2021, of record in Instrument No. 202104734, in the Wise County Circuit Court Clerk’s Office.
This sale will be subject to the approval and confirmation of the Court.
Terms of Sale: Bidder's Deposit of 10% of purchase price with cash balance due within 30 days of the sale. The deed of conveyance shall be made with special warranty of title.
