BOARD OF THE TOWN OF GREENEVILLE, TENNESSEE
Notice is hereby given that an authorized representative of The Health and Educational Facilities Board of the Town of Greeneville, Tennessee (the “Issuer”), will hold a public hearing by teleconference on November 20, 2024, at 2:30 p.m., Eastern Time, with respect to the proposed issuance by the Issuer of its qualified 501(c)(3) tax-exempt revenue bonds in a maximum principal amount of not to exceed $4,500,000 (the “Bonds”). The proceeds of the Bonds will be loaned to The Laurels Retirement & Assisted Living LLC (the “Borrower”), whose sole member is Free Will Baptist Family Ministries, Inc., to refinance a prior loan, the proceeds of which were used to finance the acquisition, construction, renovation and equipping of a senior living facility at 5635 BSG Drive, Norton, Virginia 24273, which is owned and operated by the Borrower. The telephonic public hearing will be held pursuant to the requirements of Section 147(f) of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended.
