Norton Redevelopment & Housing Authority - 5-year and Annual Agency Plan

PUBLIC NOTICE

    The Norton Redevelopment & Housing Authority announces that on November 28, 2024, the Norton Redevelopment & Housing Authority shall make available for public review a draft copy of components of its 5-year and Annual Agency Plan per the guidelines of 24 CFR 903, a requirement of the Quality Housing and Work Responsibility Act of 1998.

  These documents will be available Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Norton Redevelopment & Housing Authority administration offices at 200 Sixth Street, N.W., Norton, Virginia, for approximately 45 days.

    The Norton Redevelopment & Housing Authority has scheduled a public hearing on Monday, January 06, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. in the Community Room at Norton Housing Authority.  At this time, the Norton Housing Authority shall receive and consider any and all comments before finalization of their agency plan for submission to HUD on or before January 17, 2025.
