JEANETTE CRAIGER

NORTON, VA – Jeanette Robinette Craiger, 86, died Thursday, November 21, 2024, at Johnston Memorial Hospital in Abingdon, Va. She was a lifelong resident of Norton, Va. Jeanette worked as a waitress for nearly 40 years in the Wise County region. She was a member of the Guest River Pentecostal Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Tom and Rosa Robinette; two brothers, June Robinette and Worley Robinette; two sisters, Margaret Gardner and Thelma Robinette.

She is survived by her two daughters, Deborah Joseph, Tina Hollandsworth; grandchildren, Blake Patrick, Andrew Hollandsworth, Lily Hollandsworth, Michael Hollandsworth and Lisa Craiger; her siblings, Juanita Hash, Loretta Gardner, Renda Salyers, Janice Pannell and Nancy Vaughn; several nieces and nephews.

The family received friends from 11 am until 12 pm on Sunday, November 24, 2024, at Hagy & Fawbush Funeral Home in Norton. Funeral services were conducted at 12 pm in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Darrell Bolling officiating. Burial followed in the Robinette Cemetery, Laurel Grove Road, Norton, Va.
