Hearing - Comments on a request from JMB Investment Company, LLC, construct a Dollar General Store

PUBLIC NOTICE

   The Wise County Planning Commission and the Wise County Board of Supervisors will hold a joint public hearing on Thursday, December 12, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. in the School Board Education Center located on Lake Street in Wise, VA to receive citizens’ comments on a request from JMB Investment Company, LLC to rezone Parcel 015570 and a portion of Parcel 014448 to construct a Dollar General Store. The parcels are currently zoned R-2. The request calls for parcels to be rezoned as B-1.
