    The object of this suit is to obtain a divorce from the bond of matrimony from the defendant on the grounds of having lived separate and apart for a period exceeding one (1) year.

     It appearing by affidavit that diligence has been used by or on behalf of the plaintiff to ascertain in what county or city the defendant is, without effect, it is ORDERED that defendant appear before this Court on or before February 20, 2025 at 10:00 am and protect his interests herein.

     And it is further ORDERED that the above paragraphs be published once a week for four

(4) successive weeks in the Coalfield Progress, a newspaper of general circulation in Wise County, Virginia. The Clerk of this Court shall post this Order at the front door of the courthouse and shall mail a copy of this Order to defendant at the address given in the affidavit of the plaintiff filed herewith.
