NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

PRELIMINARY 

ENGINEERING REPORT

   The Coeburn-Norton-Wise Regional Waste Water Treatment Authority

(C-N-W) is seeking proposals from qualified engineering firms to perform an evaluation of the chlorination and dechlorination systems at the C-N-W Regional Wastewater Treatment Plant and prepare a preliminary engineering report detailing upgrade recommendations.  

    The deadline for sealed proposals is 12:00 Noon local prevailing time on Friday, February 7, 2025. Proposals must be clearly marked on the sealed envelope with “Engineering Proposal”. There is no expressed or implied obligation that the Coeburn-Norton-Wise Regional Waste Water Treatment Authority shall reimburse responding firms for any expenses incurred in preparing proposals in response to this request. C-N-W reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals.

     Submit sealed proposals by first class mail to Engineering Proposal, C-N-W Waste Water Authority, P.O. Box 1296, Norton, VA 24273 or by hand to Mark S. Hollyfield, Executive Director, C-N-W, 819 Virginia Avenue N.W., Norton, VA 24273.
