    The object of this suit is to enforce the lien of the Complainant, County of Wise, Virginia, for delinquent real estate taxes against certain real property located in the County of Wise, Virginia, described as follows:

Tax Map No. 018 ( ) 010H

Account No. 3099

      All that certain lot, piece, or parcel of real property, lying and being situate in the South Fork of Bold Camp in the Roberson Magisterial District of Wise County, Virginia, and more particularly described as follows, to-wit:

     ALL THAT "No. 8 Parcel" assigned to Virgie S. Elkins as shown upon a map dated January 31, 1975, which said maps is of the entire boundary of the Elbert Short Land, said map prepared by Lester E. Boggs, Surveyor, which said map is of record in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Wise County, Virginia in Deed Book 526 at Page 707.

    And being the same real property conveyed to Virgie S. Elkins from Elizabeth Holyfield Short et als by Deed dated January 30, 1975 and recorded April 2, 1979 among the records of the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Wise County, Virginia in Deed Book 526 at Page 699.

    This description is made subject to all easements, conditions, agreements, restrictions, and reservations of record which affect the property herein described including but not limited to those recorded in Deed Book 294 at Page 35, Deed Book 526 at Page 707.

      IT APPEARING that an Affidavit has been made and filed stating that due diligence has been used, without effect, to ascertain the identity and location of certain parties to be served, that the last known addresses for the Respondents herein are as follows: Virgie S. Elkins, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is c/o Jolene C. Burke, P.O. Box 70, Jenkins, Kentucky  41537; Minnie Elkins Gavlik, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Kenneth Elkins, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Dorsia Pearl Elkins Holbrook, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Denny Joe Holbrook, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Katherine Jean Elkins Pitts, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Jolene Burke, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Geraldine Elkins Long, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Franklin D. Elkins, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Elizabeth Holyfield Short, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; W. C. Short, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Monroe Short, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; John C. Short, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; David Short, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Robert Short, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Samuel Short, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Margie Short Ford, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Hazel Short, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; and that any officers, heirs, devisees, and successors in title of the Respondent named herein are made parties Respondent to this action individually and/or by the general description of Parties Unknown, it is hereby 

     ORDERED that the parties herein and all Parties Unknown and/or whose location cannot be ascertained appear on or before March 25, 2025 in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Wise, Virginia, and do what may be necessary to protect their interests in this cause.
