Virginia Clean Water 

Revolving Loan 

Fund Program

    The Wise County Public Service Authority has applied for funding from the Virginia Clean Water Revolving Loan Fund to replace/relocated approximately 16,000LF of wastewater collection system along the Pound River  The loan request is $6,356,507.90.    A Preliminary Engineering Report and an Environmental Assessment prepared for the project are on file at 5622 Industrial Park Road, Norton, VA 24273 and available for public review between the hours of 8:00a.m. and 4:30p.m. Monday through Friday, or you may visit www.wisecountypsa.org to view them electronically.

     A public hearing for the purpose of receiving comments on the project, the alternatives considered, their environmental impact, the estimated cost, and associated user charge impact will be held in-person on April 8, 2025 at 10:00am.
