Wise County Planning Commission - Case #25-03 – 4 Lane Auto

NOTICE OF 

PUBLIC HEARING

    The Wise County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday, April 21, 2025, at 5:00 PM in the Education Center at the Wise County School Board on Lake Street in Wise. The Planning Commission will review and hear public comments for:

     Case #25-03 – 4 Lane Auto is requesting a Change of Zoning for Parcel ID # 016459 from an R-1 District to a B-2 District.

    The public is invited to attend and speak in favor of or opposition to this request. The full text of the request and maps are available for viewing in the Office of the Zoning Administrator in the Wise County Courthouse.
