     The object of this suit is to enforce the lien of the Complainant, County of Wise, Virginia, for delinquent real estate taxes against certain real property located in the County of Wise, Virginia, described as follows:

Account No. 015982

    All that certain tract or parcel of land, situate, lying, and being in the Richmond Magisterial District, Wise County, Virginia, known and delineated on the map of Mineral Development Company’s Addition to the Town of Big Stone Gap, Virginia, as Lot 5, Block D, adjacent to and forming part of Plat 5, said plat is of record in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Wise County, Virginia, as Instrument Number 201404778, to which plat reference is made for a more particular description of said lot herein described.

    And being the same property conveyed to James Wade and Beatrice Wade, his wife, from Gerald Jackson and Ledna Jackson, his wife, by Deed dated November 26, 1993, and recorded November 29, 1993, in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Wise County, Virginia, in Deed Book 766, at Page 30.

    And further being the same property conveyed to James Wade from Beatrice Wade by Quitclaim Deed dated August 21, 2013, and recorded August 26, 2013, in the aforementioned Clerk’s Office as Instrument Number 201302528.

   This description is made subject to all easements, conditions, agreements, restrictions, and reservations of record which affect the property herein described.

    IT APPEARING that an Affidavit has been made and filed stating that due diligence has been used, without effect, to ascertain the identity and location of certain parties to be served, that the last known addresses for the Respondents herein are as follows: James Wade, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is 227 Robinette Chapel Road, Big Stone Gap, Virginia  24219; Debra L. Barker, whose last known address is 227 Robinette Chapel Road, Big Stone Gap, Virginia  24219; and that any officers, heirs, devisees, and successors in title of the Respondent named herein are made parties Respondent to this action individually and/or by the general description of Parties Unknown, it is hereby 

    ORDERED that the parties herein and all Parties Unknown and/or whose location cannot be ascertained appear on or before September 25, 2025 in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Wise, Virginia, and do what may be necessary to protect their interests in this cause.
