     The Lee County Economic Development Authority is accepting sealed bids for the following:

     BID #1: HVAC UNIT REPAIR Repair of existing HVAC unit at Lee County Economic Development Authority facility. Bidders must provide detailed scope of repair work, parts required, labor costs, and estimated completion time.

    BID #2: HVAC UNIT REPLACEMENT Complete removal and replacement of existing HVAC unit with new equipment. Bidders must specify equipment brand, model, tonnage, SEER rating, warranty information, installation costs, and estimated completion time.

    SPECIFICATIONS: Interested contractors must submit separate bids for each project. Site inspection may be arranged by contacting the Lee County Economic Development Authority.

   DEADLINE: Sealed bids must be received by 5:00 PM on February 23, 2026

  Please mark envelope clearly with "BID #1 - HVAC REPAIR" or "BID #2 - HVAC REPLACEMENT"

    The Lee County Economic Development Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities in the bidding process.
