    Ballad Health is seeking bids by licensed contractors for the Mechanical and Plumbing package of the Strong Futures Renovation of the Mountain View Residential Treatment Center in Norton, VA.  Sealed bids for this package will be received at Ballad Health’s Construction and Project Management office located at 108 Woodlawn Suite 200A, Johnson City, TN until Tuesday, March 24th at 3:00 PM.  A prebid meeting will be held at the site on Thursday, March 12th at 3:00 PM.  Bidding documents are available for viewing at Ballad Health’s Construction and Project Management Office at the address above.  Bidding documents can also be made available digitally by emailing the Construction Manager at
